Mrs. Evangelou has been working at Christ the Teacher for 32 years as a Pre-K 4 teacher.  She graduated from Felician College with a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education.  Mrs. Evangelou's daughter is a graduate of CTT and has gone to graduate from Columbia University and become a Physical Therapist.

Beyond the classroom, she runs a weekly LEGO club as well as a bowling club with Mrs. Cervone. Mrs. Evangelou previously ran a Little Einstein club and was the trip coordinator for the Pre-K program. She is an active member of the school community, participating in events and fundraisers such as Family Bingo, Trunk or Treat, Tricky Tray, Breakfast with Santa, and Easter Bunny Breakfast.  Mrs. Evangelou believes that a partnership between a parent, teacher, and student is key to a student's success and is here to support every child's individual needs.
